My Motivating Mirror

You know those mirrors you walk past and think, "please don't let that be the way people see me!?" The ones in all the dressing rooms you visit on the most unproductive shopping trips? I've got one of those. I now refer to it grudgingly as my motivating mirror. Since living here I have recommitted myself to more vigorous workouts.

Yep, I'm pooped and my entire lower half screams at me with every move! So far, so good!

Proof of our visit to Hershey, PA. It was lots of fun!

Proof of my 28th Birthday! Ahhhh, 28!!!

You are so funny! The only full length mirrors I have in my house are the long and skinny ones, those huge mirrors are terrible! ;) Like you could ever look bad though, Nicole! I love Luke and Caleb peeking on the side of the picture... they are too cute. And happy belated birthday!! Not much longer for me until I turn 28 as well... didn't we just graduate from college? When did all of this happen??

You are BEAUTIFUL! We should all look as wonderful as you do!

Looks like your adventure continues....your boys look to be having a great time at the chocolate factory.

I love the Hershey factory! I went when I was little and thought it was the best. Don't even get me started on the mirrors. The way they are set up in my bathroom, there is no hiding. Instead of being more motivated though, I just spend less time in the bathroom :)

Happy Birthday! Hershey must have been a fun place. Mirrors are a two-edged sword.

Happy Birthday! Sounds like you're having lots of fun in Philly. Can't wait to see you back in hippyville (ithaca).

We can't wait to see everyone and catch up come August. You're still young! Tell the boys Avi and Claire say hello!

I'm not sure which is more motivating, your mirror or those skinny four foor tall, one foot wide ones you buy at Walmart. One makes you look bigger than you are and the other makes you look like you want to look, but both are deceptive and motivating!

Happy Birthday Nicole!! Avoid the mirrors is my motto. And Luke looks like he has just stretched himself out in the beach photos--he looks so tall and thin :) I had to smile at the picture you have of him at Caleb's same stage.
