So last year upon finishing Eclipse I was flipping through a JC Penny's magazine that came in the mail and as I scanned over this picture I froze and said to myself, "there's Edward!" This is the Edward image of my imagination! Puts poor Pattinson to shame. Yes, he's a bit older than 17, but so am I!! Use your imagination and take a few years off.
I did see the movie and I did like the movie. I was seriously worried when watching the classroom scene when Edward was introduced, but he grew on me. He did a respectable job and I look forward to the next one. Please, oh please, let them cast a better Jacob!!!! He's my favorite.
And yes, I tore this photo out of my Penny's advertisement and kept it. I meant to post it last year...never got around to it and it has since sat in my "to do" folder next to my computer.
Also, Ben came downstairs a minute ago as I was standing on a chair trying to get the scanner to work and he says, "what are you doing?" I told him I was scanning in Edward. He said, "I'm surprised you weren't embarrassed to tell me." No, I am not ashamed.

i haven't read all the books, but i did read the first one... and pattinson is NOT attractive to me, at all. he is not the edward i would have picked.
I just saw the movie, and I really liked it! I agree though, Jacob is not how I imagined. It was still a great movie though! :)

You didn't like Jacob? I thought he was way cute! Edward had to grow on me too, by the end of the movie I liked him.

I definitely like your Edward better than Robert Pattinson! I love that you've held onto it and that Ben thought you would be embarrassed to tell him! hahahaha, I love it! :) And I totally thought Jacob was perfect for Jacob. And he'll be a little older for the next movie which I think will be even better and be right for New Moon. We shall see...
I'm really hoping they cast another Jasper. That guy seriously looked like he stuck a fork in a toaster and walked around all dazed the rest of the movie because of it or something ;)

Anyway, I think she (Olivia Wilde) would have made a much better Rosalie...
